Adult Developmental Homes

An Adult Developmental Home (ADH) provides a safe, comfortable, and family-style living environment for adults age 18 and older with developmental disabilities who need ongoing support. In each licensed home, a trained caregiver provides 24-hour care and supervision for up to three residents, allowing each individual to receive the personal attention and care they deserve.

For many adults, an Adult Developmental Home becomes much more than a place to live—it becomes a place to belong. Residents are encouraged to be active participants in their daily lives, build meaningful relationships, and enjoy as much independence as possible while receiving the support they need.
