Summer DTS Program Developmental Enrichment Centers

Summer DTS Program for Children and Youth

Our Day Treatment & Training Summer Program (DTS) is a unique opportunity for children and youth with developmental disabilities between the ages of 7 to 17 years. The program typically maintains a ratio of one staff member for every four clients; however, in special situations a one-on-one ratio can be provided.

Summer Recreation

Personal growth and social skills are enriched by opportunities for personal expression through art and music, and by numerous local field trips to the library, mall, museums, movies, and community recreation. Summer is the perfect time to focus on skills and community activities outside of the usual school year. Above all, our staff is committed to providing an atmosphere of unconditional love and acceptance that allows each child the time, encouragement, and confidence to achieve his or her own personal goals.

Program Details

As a service to our families, Developmental Enrichment Centers offers transportation home following the afternoon sessions of the DTS program (some restrictions apply). The summer program consists of two sessions: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during the summer months.

We encourage you to set up an appointment to tour Developmental Enrichment Centers to see how our summer program works to enrich the lives of our students.
